Since a child, Davide showed his great passion and interest for Nature,
even if his first photos was not taken in a very ecological situation, as it
was a motocross race when he was just 11 years old.

After traveling in Europe and Africa, in 2001 arrived in Botswana, where
started a collaboration with a group of ranger in the Okawango Delta,
where he had the chance to deepen his knowledge about African
animals behavior.

At the same time he began a cooperation with his friend Mauro Burzio,
an internationally recognized photographer and anthropologist and in
2005 Davide decided to dedicate his professional life exclusively to
travel and photography, focusing his research and his activities in
South America, Southern Africa and Mongolia.

In 2006 he joined the group NPS as Nikon photographer.
He founded in 2007 the group Nomadphotographers, involving the two friends/colleagues
Mauro Burzio and Edoardo Miola, in order to promote the activity as
documentary photographers around the world.

The same year Davide started in Mongolia a new cooperation with a
group of Italian paleontologist Iperboreus -, and
with them began to organize photographic workshops.

In 2008 he started working at the realization of advertising campaigns
on behalf of the Norwegian Tourism Board and later, for the
Italian Ministry for the Environment.

In these years Davide has cooperated with many magazines, among
which “ Voyage” and “La Nostra Africa” and he has exposed several
personal and collective exhibitions.

In 2011, in collaboration with the paleontologist of Iperboreus, Edoardo
Miola and the ethologist Andrea Barucchello, founded the website
Fattoreulisse where are shown all the travel
and workshop they organize all around the world.

In 2008 Davide began a new collaboration with the University
Politecnico di Torino (Italy), where he regularly holds courses
in photojournalism.

He later expanded his knowledge in the field of ethology of African animals,
participating in courses for the training of Botswana guides at the center
